THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF A DIET A diet is a set of food substances that make up the nutritional behavier of living thing. The diet, therefore, is a habit and constitutes a way of living. On the one hand, following a diet has advantages such as the following: to have a "better" physical, if what we want is to see our figure better by eliminating excess fat, we must be clear that the diet doesn´t have to be torture, but the path that will lead us to achieve our goal.Other times, the diet is no lauger followed for aesthetic reasus, but for health reasons. Since eating an unbalanced diet gives us the possibility of sufferin from diseases. On the other hand, there are those who create and invent rigotous and inadequates diets.
