On the one hand, following a diet has advantages such as the following: to have a "better" physical, if what we want is to see our figure better by eliminating excess fat, we must be clear that the diet doesn´t have to be torture, but the path that will lead us to achieve our goal.Other times, the diet is no lauger followed for aesthetic reasus, but for health reasons.
