THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF A DIET
On the one hand, following a diet has advantages such as the following: to have a "better" physical, if what we want is to see our figure better by eliminating excess fat, we must be clear that the diet doesn´t have to be torture, but the path that will lead us to achieve our goal.Other times, the diet is no lauger followed for aesthetic reasus, but for health reasons. Since eating an unbalanced diet gives us the possibility of sufferin from diseases.
On the other hand, there are those who create and invent rigotous and inadequates diets. Also, there are those who believe that following a diet is eliminating all foods with fats and sugars, and loading the body withe the protein. This isn´t so, since there are parts of our body that are nourished thanks to the glucose that these foods contain with sugars and that those foods that contain fats are essential to be transformed into energy.
There are a people who are obsessed with "rating a healthy diet", this could affect people psychologically.
From my point of new, it is good to diet as long as it isn´t and obsesive achievement, but it is about doing good with the body and mind in harmony.
If are of the two is unbalanced by dieting, the resuelt will not be beneficial.
